Canadian producer Kaytranada has gifted the internet with around 90 minutes of gold today with his new mixtape 0.001%.
The mixtape comes months after the release of his debut album 99.9% which just this week picked up the Polaris Music Prize which is basically Canada’s top music honour.
The tape is a continuous 90 minutes and we don’t have any tracks IDs yet but there are a few familiar voices in there. Anderson .Paak appears, there’s an Usher remix and he also throws in Chance The Rapper’s All Night which he produced.
Kaytranada’s had a crazy 2016. On top of releasing a record that featured AlunaGeorge, BadBadNotGood and The Internet he’s produced for GoldLink, Azealia Banks, Craig David and Katy B.
If you’re vibing this tape you’re likely to fall in love with him when he visits the country next month for a national tour. He’s sold out dates and word is it’s a pretty special show.
