Kim Kardashian’s Ex Ray J Might Sue Kanye West Over ‘Famous’ Video

When Kanye West released his controversh (and let’s face it, pretty gross) new Famous music video, he straight-up challenged people to sue the fuck out of him, tweeting: “Can somebody sue me already? I’ll wait.”

And now, R&B singer/Yeezy’s wife’s ex Ray J just might take him up on that offer.

In case you were too distracted by the creepy naked wax likenesses of Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Bill Cosby, Chris Brown, George W. Bush and Donald Trump to notice, Ray J was also portrayed as part of the nud slumber party in Yeezy’s newest vid (but you may also remember him from such films as – ya know – Kim K’s infamous sex tape).

Anyhoo, J’s manager David Weintraub has told Heat: “We’re talking about potentially doing something. “There’s too many times Kanye has done this. You can’t really continue to use people’s likenesses without either compensation or clearance.”

He continued: “The Famous video is like the fourth time in six months Kanye has done this. There were discussions, but it’s getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything.”

Yeezy previously name-checked old mate you-can-call-him-Ray-or-you-can-call-him-J in his The Life Of Pablo track High Lights, which featured the lyrics: “Me and Ray J would probably be friends if we wasn’t in love with the same bitch. You might have it first, but I’m rich though.”

But before the track was released, the Louis Vuitton Don claimed that he’d OK’d its references to J with the singer’s sister, fellow R&B vocalist Brandy.

For the record, Ye has since deleted the tweet inviting peeps to sue him.

But the damage seems to have already been done.
