King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have announced plans to reissue their first five releases on vinyl, so that fans don’t need to rely on crappy bootlegs.
Declaring “RIP bootlegs”, the psych rockers have revealed they will press their 2011 Willoughby’s Beach EP, 2012 debut album 12 Bar Bruise, 2013 record Eyes Like The Sky, third album Float Along – Fill Your Lungs and fourth album Oddments to 12″ vinyl for the first time.
The re-releases will feature re-imagined artwork, packaging, liner notes and vinyl colours, and there will also be a couple of special editions on offer, limited to 5,000 copies per release.
Pre-orders for the limited edition reissues will go live on the Flightless Records website from 9am AEST on Friday, 14th September, with the standard editions to also be available worldwide from 2nd November.
