UPDATE 14/11/19: KISS Have Cancelled Their Farewell Australian Tour
After teasing fans earlier this week, KISS have now revealed plans to bring their ‘final’ farewell tour to Australia in 2019.
The rock legends have announced tour dates in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane, as part of their ‘End Of The Road World Tour’, which was first announced back in September and will hit Australia in November 2019.
Catch all of the tour dates and ticket details, below.
KISS last toured Australia in 2015, and have since been preparing for their huge three-year world tour, which is expected to hit all continents.
This won’t be the first ‘final’ tour from KISS. The band’s classic lineup embarked on a “goodbye tour” in 2000-2001, before original members Peter Criss and Ace Frehley left the group.
The band’s current lineup consists of Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and now-longstanding members Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer.
In a statement about their upcoming tour, KISS said, “All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who’ve filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years.
“This will be the ultimate celebration for those who’ve seen us and a last chance for those who haven’t. KISS Army, we’re saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we’ll go out the same way we came in… Unapologetic and unstoppable.”
