The Knotfest Australia 2025 sideshows have landed in all their glory. Sadly, if you were hoping for a few more side hustles from festival headliners Slipknot, there’s no dice: the masked madmen won’t be playing any more headline dates outside of their previously announced (and now sold-out) one-off show in Adelaide.
However, Aussie mosh fiends are in for some action from all the other big acts on the metal rager’s 2025 lineup, including US melodic metalcore icons A Day To Remember, Japenese Kawaii-core juggernauts BABYMETAL, Dutch symphonic metallers Within Temptation and more.
A Day To Remember – ‘The Downfall of Us All’
A Day To Remember will be playing a single sideshow in Brisbane on Monday, 3rd March at Fortitude Music Hall, supported by local legends Thornhill and Ocean Grove. While Babymetal will be headlining the same venue on Tuesday, 4th March alongside a second date at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre, with locals Diamond Construct and Future Static opening both gigs.
Within Temptation are also playing a pair of headline dates in Brisbane and Melbourne, while Russian deathcore act Slaughter To Prevail are doing a single sideshow in Melbourne.
Elsewhere, UK act Enter Shikari will be visiting fans outside of the East Coast capitals. They’re playing a trio of dates on the Sunshine Coast, Belgrave and Newcastle.
