Sugar Mountain‘s full 2016 lineup is set to arrive next week, but one festival act has already announced their spot on the roster, and it’s none other than New York rapper Le1f.
Le1f announced his Sugar Mountain appearance in a tweet (below) this morning, confirming he’ll be making his way down under in January for his first Aussie performance since the 2013 Meredith Music Festival.
Le1f is preparing to drop his debut album Riot Boi sometime later this year, so we’ll almost definitely be hearing his newest tunes once he hits Aussie shores in 2016, as well as tracks from his three mixtapes and Hey EP, of course.
Sugar Mountain Festival is set to return to Melbourne’s Victorian College of the Arts on Saturday, 23rd January 2016. The event’s full lineup will be announced on Monday, 12th October, so stay tuned.
Last year’s stellar Sugar Mountain Festival lineup featured the likes of Iceage, ODESZA, Swans, Midnight Juggernauts, Nas and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
