The avalanche of Falls Festival sideshows continues, with latest lineup additions Wavves and Leon Bridges both announcing a set of headline dates to accompany their festival appearances.
As a part of his first ever Australian appearance, vintage soul 2015 breakout star Leon Bridges will play Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Sunday 3rd January and Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Thursday 7th January, on top of his sets at Falls Festival.
He’ll be showcasing tracks from his anticipated and critically acclaimed debut album Coming Home.
LA noise pop outfit Wavves will also play two extra headline dates while in town for Falls, taking their fuzzed-out sound to Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Saturday 2nd January and Melbourne’s Max Watt’s on Sunday 3rd January.
This being their fourth Australian visit, Wavves are also fresh from the launch of their fifth studio album V and will be raring to unleash their brand new tunes in the live arena.
They join the likes of Foals, Bloc Party, Halsey, Disclosure, Courtney Barnett, SOAK and many more who have already announced their solo headline dates. Check out the complete list of Falls Festival sideshows, here.
