New York dance-punksters Liars are at work on a mysterious new album – supposedly with their ‘idol’ in the producer’s seat.
Pitchfork Media reports that the band have been posting cryptic clues on their Tumblr account.
In October, the band posted: “Today dreams come true! Our idol has agreed to produce the next Liars record!” along with pictures that include a blurred-out figure.
The site has also been updated with pictures of the band getting ‘new album tats’, as well as video clips filled with ambient sounds. Interesting stuff indeed.
