LISTEN: Alpha Wolf Recruit Ice-T For Earth-Shaking New Single ‘Sucks 2 Suck’

Melbourne metalcore heroes Alpha Wolf are busting out the big guns on their latest single ‘Sucks 2 Suck’, recruiting legendary Body Count frontman, rapper and Law & Order: SVU star Ice-T to spit fire on a truly iconic guest verse.

The blockbuster collab also comes packing an equally blockbuster announcement in the form a new Alpha Wolf album. The band’s entirely self-produced third full length LP, Half Living Things, will reach our ears on Friday, 5th April.

‘Sucks 2 Suck, which you can stream up above, is a crushing, groove-fuelled party-starter that explodes with attitude and spite.

“It’s about biting back at anyone saying you didn’t work hard for the shit you have,” frontman Lochie Keogh explains in a press statement. “If you had the ethic and tenacity, you’d have it too, but you suck so you don’t.”

On the topic of the feature, guitarist Scottie adds: “We decided to shoot for the stars and reach out to Ice-T. We gave him no reference, but he did exactly what we were hoping for! It’s classic.”

You can catch Alpha Wolf performing ‘Sucks 2 Suck’ live on tour across the country right now, supporting The Amity Affliction on their regional Australian tour.
