Childish Gambino has released a new collaborative track with fellow veteran rapper Prodigy – titled Body.
Earmilk has described it as a “new school meets old school track”, which “features the two rappers matching verses over some hypnotizing production.” Apparently, the track is a leftover from the studio sessions, which led to the creation of Gambino’s new 18-track mixtape, Royalty.
Royalty is Gambino’s first release since his debut record Camp came out last year. It features guest appearances from a whole swag of MCs, including RZA, Danny Brown, Steve G. Lover, Nipsey Hussle and Kilo Kish.
Prodigy himself has a new album out called H.N.I.C. 3, which features production from longtime collaborator The Alchemist and appearances from Wiz Khalifa and T.I.
