Just as Feeds promised, Music royality Iggy Pop and Indie sensation and Best Coast frontwoman Bethany Cosentino teamed together to collab on a track for an up-and-coming episode of True Blood.
As TV series become more and more popular, you’ll find their soundtracks often get more and more impressive too. The track, Let’s Boot and Rally debuted last night on KCRW in the States. The tune was co-written by James Combs and Gary Calamar, a DJ at KCRW, and the music supervisor for True Blood, according to Pitchfork
As it turns out, Iggy Pop is a massive fan of the show and has made comparisons of himself and vampires in the past, so it’s not such a crazy thing! The episode airs this Sunday in the US, which usually means we can get it the following Monday.
