Listen Out 2019 wraps up in Sydney this Saturday, 5th October, but American DJ Whethan sadly won’t be on the lineup.
As reported earlier this week, the producer has pulled out of the planned festival slot to return home and focus on his “mental and physical health” – a commendable act in an industry that can often discourage that kind of self-awareness.
Now, Listen Out have announced via social media that Sydney artist Enschway will step up to the plate in Whethan’s stead. The hometown producer is no stranger to the festival, touring as part of the national lineup last year.
Having steadily built a name for himself over the past years with his Friendschway EP series and remixes for the likes of RL Grime and The Chainsmokers, he’ll be appearing at 6pm on the Juno stage.
Listen Out Sydney takes place at Centennial Park this Saturday, featuring the likes of Diplo, Doja Cat, JPEGMAFIA and Leikeli47.
