The Killers have released an extended, deluxe edition of last year’s offering Imploding The Mirage. And with it is a brand new single ‘C’est La Vie’.
‘C’est La Vie’ is a breezy, jangly pop song. It’s an easy and fun listen to bop along to.
Along with the new single, the extended release offers up an acoustic take on ‘Blowback’ and a reworking of ‘Caution’ as well. The ‘Caution’ reimagining is labelled as “Wasatch Style”.
“Wasatch” is the name of a mountain range in Utah, where Brandon Flowers lives.
The deluxe version of Imploding The Mirage is available to stream now and you can listen to ‘C’est La Vie’ down below.
The Killers have plans to release even more music too.
Speaking to NME last year, frontman Brandon Flowers said, “You know when people just say that? Every time someone makes a record they say that they have 50 songs and they’re going to release another record. We really are.”
Last last year, the band posted a mysterious tracklist to Twitter. So it seems like news isn’t so far away.
