Little May Announce Debut Album, Australian + Overseas Tours

After dropping the first single Home off their highly-anticipated debut LP last month, Sydney folk-pop trio Little May have today finally announced the album proper, revealing it will be titled For The Company and will be out October 9!

Produced by Aaron Brooking Dessner (The National), the 11-track LP was recorded in both a converted nineteenth-century church in Hudson in upstate New York and in Aaron’s garage in Brooklyn, with both locations inspiring the girls and helping “to capture an intensity now trademark of [their] music.”

“It was a dream of ours to work with Aaron Dessner,” Little May says about the experience. “We are so incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to make this album with him, and Jonathan Lowe, who engineered and mixed the album. Aaron captured the heart of what we are about, and we couldn’t be more thankful.”

In addition to news of the album Annie, Liz and Hannah have also dropped the details of their epic upcoming tour schedule, with a handful of shows in Australia in September amongst some huge overseas appearances. For The Company will be released October 9 via Dew Process and UMA Recordings.
