Hot on the heels of their recent signing to Lizard King Records in the UK
(The Killers and Santigold), Melbourne’s foremost neo-rock exponents, [ME], launch their new EP NAKED at the Raval, Surry Hills on Wednesday March 9.
The boys from Melb’s have gained the attention of critics and audiences around the country, [ME] are proving a band of rare rock talent. The band bring a youthful enthusiasm and redesigns the neo-rock genre into their own vision.
Mixed in the UK by Simon Barnicott (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian), NAKED, will be released on March 18.
March 9 is a special showcase which will also feature songs from the band’s debut album, to be recorded in the UK and released in late 2011. The Queen is dead. Long live [ME].
