Fresh from a tour of the US, Meg Mac is once again working with renowned producer and rapper M-Phazes (real name Mark Landon), who has previously worked with Eminem, Kimbra, Bliss n Eso and Illy.
The 24-year-old’s involvement with M-Phazes was confirmed on Facebook today, with M-Phazes posting, “Working with the amazing MEG MAC today, we got a MONSTER coming!” M-Phazes previously produced Mac’s single Grandma’s Hands (below).
Mac has also revealed she is preparing to debut a brand new song at Groovin The Moo, which kicks off this weekend. Speaking on triple j Breakfast, Mac explained why she’s so excited to tour with Groovin The Moo.
“I’ve got a new song that I’m going to play, that’s probably what I’m most excited about,” she said. When asked what the song is called, she added, “I don’t want to say because I’m going to release it soon.” Mac’s next as-yet-untitled single will be her first new music since last year’s MEGMAC EP.
