UPDATE: Melbourne Festival The Pleasure Garden Unveils 2018 Lineup
ORIGINAL STORY: Melbourne festival The Pleasure Garden is back for a third romp on the St Kilda foreshore in 2018, and organisers have just unveiled the official date for you to pencil into your planners.
They’re cordially bidding you ‘Welcome To Wonderland’ at this year’s edition, which will be going down at Catani Gardens on Saturday, 8th December.
Organisers are spruiking the event as “an inner-city Eden of audible, visual and edible delights” and “a totally immersive music and arts experience” with “even more magic” than last year, which ICYMI played host to four curated music stages, quirky large-scale art installations, artisan stalls, impressive costumes from punters and performers alike, not to mention a goddamn hot tub!
While this year’s official artist lineup has yet to be announced, last year’s Pleasure Garden saw performances from the likes of Fat Freddy’s Drop, Montaigne, Remi, L-Fresh the Lion and more, so you know it’s gonna be a good’n.
While you wait for it to drop, you can get pumped for this year’s shenanigans by watching the 2017 aftermovie, and catch all the details for this year’s event, below.
