Melbourne’s newest club Xe54 has announced the artists who will be gracing the decks in the months to come and the roster is pretty big.
The club will swing its doors open this Saturday, 12th August with locals Mike Callandar and Jensen Interceptor plus an international act who is still to be announced.
From then, they will be bringing through some of the finest electronic acts on the globe, announcing the 2017 program today.
Techno and soulful house legend &ME will play at the club as well as Brazilian-born DJ ANNA, Techno master Carl Craig and electronic house maestro Kidnap Kid.
The booker behind this is Filippo Palermo who is also the director of Victorian festival Beyond The Valley so you can safely assume that there’s going to be a constant stream of great local and international acts coming through the club.
“Our intention on the headliner front for the 2017 program is to present an eclectic range of electronic music, however even with the headliners changing, revellers can rest assured that Xe54 will have a consistent flow of disco, house and most importantly techno every Saturday between both dance floors courtesy of our residents,” said Palermo about the club.
The club is located in a basement just outside on Melbourne CBD and boasts a great sound system with top notch production to boot. You can get a sneak peak of the club in the video below. Also check out the 2017 program so far. Playing times will be revealed monthly.
