Over the weekend, Michelle Obama took to Twitter to share her 2020 workout playlist, offering a bevy of red hot jams to whack on in the background while you’re busy breaking a sweat.
“It’s about that time when New Year’s resolutions get a bit harder to stick to. To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you,” wrote the former First Lady on Sunday night.
“These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts. What’s on your playlist?”
The playlist includes the likes of Lizzo‘s ‘Soulmate’, Beyoncé and Jay-Z‘s The Carters collab ‘Apeshit’ and ‘3005’ by Childish Gambino, amongst tracks by Cardi B, 2 Chainz, Calvin Harris and more.
Obama also included her “Cooldown” playlist, including Frank Ocean’s ‘Godspeed’ and ‘Honesty’ by Pink Sweat$.
Obama and husband Barack have never shied away from sharing their favourite bops, regularly sharing end of year playlists. Back in 2018, the former POTUS reckoned Courtney Barnett had one of the best songs of the year with ‘Need A Little Time’.
