Migos’ Quavo And Takeoff Launch New Group Without Offset

Migos are rumoured to have broken up (or at least, break up is imminent), with two thirds of the group launching a new project.

Quavo and Takeoff recently dropped the first single from their ‘Unc and Phew’ project in ‘Hotel Lobby’. Along with the new track, fans and keen eyed Migos followers have noticed that Offset has now unfollowed his group-mates on social media.

The last Migos album was 2021’s Culture III, the follow up to the wildly successful Culture II back in 2018. In the time that had passed in between Migos records, all three members had successfully established themselves as solo artists, so if they are making this move permanent, perhaps it’s not super surprising.

Quavo and Takeoff released a Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas inspired music video for ‘Hotel Lobby’; decadent and indulgent, all the things you may expect. Check it out below.

None of the Migos have commented on the state of the group. They’ve performed together throughout 2022, notably at Kanye West’s DONDA experience in Miani and at this year’s NBA All-Star game.

Fans also noticed Offset’s wife – Cardi B – had also unfollowed both Takeoff and Quavo on social media, further fuelling rumours of the trio’s breakup.
