Missy Higgins Announces November/December Australian Tour

Missy Higgins will play a series of festival and theatre dates throughout November and December in her ‘The Razzle Dazzle Summer Tour’.

Higgins will be bringing her Nashville-based band along for the shows – and has added some great support acts as well: Gurrumul and Emma Lousie.

Higgins teamed up with Gurrumul for a duet at last year’s ARIA Awards – which many regarded as the highlight of the evening.

The tour follows up on Higgins’ shows in June which coincided with the release of her latest album, The Ol’ Razzle Dazzle.

“It felt so good to finally get back on the road last June, I can’t wait to do it again this time in bigger venues and with two amazing support artists, Gurrumul and Emma Louise,” Higgins said in a statement.

“A lot of the theatres we’ll be playing are my all time favourites. Some, like The Palais in Melbourne and the State Theatre in Sydney, I haven’t played in over five years so it’ll be an amazing way to end the year. I’ll be bringing my Nashville band back again, this time with an exciting new addition or two!”

Gurrumul will be at all shows except Perth, while Emma Louise won’t be at the Perth and Canberra dates.
