“We are so excited to bring another great round of shows to Tasmania and Western Australia,” said promoter John Zaccaria. “We’re all keen to get back to enjoying fun days out with friends and some of Australia’s best live music.”
The announcement of SummerSalt’s 2022 iteration coincides with the release of the 13-minute film, Radical Hope, which follows Zaccaria as he stages the SummerSalt and By The C festivals in 2021. The film was commissioned by Ticketmaster and arrives alongside the seven-minute film, Back To Live, which takes takes a broader look at the live music industry and features appearances from Missy Higgins, John Butler and more.
Tickets for SummerSalt’s Fremantle and Hobart shows will go on sale this Saturday, 9th October at 10.00am. You can get your tickets through Ticketmaster.
Plenty more SummerSalt events are expected to be announced in different locations around the country. Events in Wollongong and the Hunter Valley in January 2022—headlined by The Teskey Brothers and John Butler—are already on sale. Check the SummerSalt website for more info.
