Business is booming for Mumford & Sons following the release of their less banjo-y new album Wilder Mind, and to celebrate, they’re coming down to peddle their wares right here in Australia. And bringing some shit hot interns along to help out.
Fellow Brits Jake Bugg, The Vaccines and American buzz band Future Islands will fly in with the Mumfords this November to perform shows in Brisbane and Melbourne, plus a huge all-day event in Sydney, dubbed ‘Gentlemen Of The Road’.
The folk stadium rock superstars will also be joined by Aussie heavyweights The Jungle Giants, Meg Mac and Art Of Sleeping at certain dates of the tour, which they first hinted at announcing back in March.
The Mumfords have also dropped a brand new video off their Wilder Mind LP overnight to sweeten the official announcement, in the form of The Wolf.
Check that out below, along with full ticketing details for each event. Tickets don’t go on sale til next week – Wednesday, 8th July from 9am – so you still have a bit of time to pinch those pennies together.
