Sad news, rapper Nate Dogg has died. The cause of death is currently unknown but he had suffered two massive strokes in the past few years.
The rapper first made a name for himself on Dr. Dre’s classic album The Chronic, followed by a notable performance alongside Warren G on the smash record Regulate. He went on to release numerous solo albums including G-Funk Classics Vol. 1 & 2 followed up in late 2001 with Music & Me and his latest self-titled solo album Nate Dogg.

Nate Dogg’s brother Samuel phoned in to KDAY thanking fans for their support. He explained that he was still feeling numb after hearing the news of his brother’s death, and that Nate had been struggling with his illness for the past three years.
