Brand-spanking-new Aussie event Fairgrounds Festival has named the very first acts to be added to its very first lineup, including the likes of American singer-songwriter Father John Misty, rockers Unknown Mortal Orchestra and New York rocktronica duo Ratatat.
Hosted in the town of Berry on the NSW South Coast, Fairgrounds Festival 2015 will also see sets from Sydney garage heroes Royal Headache, Aussie bluesman C.W. Stoneking, US alternative group Mercury Rev and singer-songwriter Jessica Pratt. More acts are still to be announced.
Fairgrounds Festival will hit Berry on Saturday, 5th December, packing markets, movies and artisan food and beverages from neighbouring estates alongside its diverse lineup.
The laid-back vibes of the event will also feature field games and a kids’ area (kids under 12 get free entry), with on-site camping available for keen festival-goers.
