A rep for Splendour In The Grass has confirmed that there will be no second lineup announcement and what you see today is what you get. Speculation that there would be a second announcement started in the Music Feeds’ office today when William Rees from UK band Mystery Jets told us the band would be playing Splendour in July:
“We’re doing Splendour in July and that’s the only date we’ve got penciled in, but we love coming to Australia so we’re eager to get back”, Rees said.

However, a representative for Splendour has informed Music Feeds that Mystery Jets will definitely not be playing at the festival in 2012 and that there will be no second lineup announcement aside from a few local acts and DJs.
