After a stellar debut event in Melbourne last year, Out On The Weekend has announced its 2015 dates which includes a Sydney stop as well as a return to Melbourne.
Named after a Neil Young track from his album Harvest, the Americana-themed festival delivered a lineup last year that would’ve made Mr. Young himself proud. Justin Townes Earle headlined and was joined on the bill by the likes of Henry Wagons and Ryan Bingham.
This year, Out On The Weekend will hit Bella Vista Farm in Sydney and Seaworks, Williamstown in Melbourne in October, with organisers promising to bring back the experience that made its 2014 event such a hit.
A version of the festival was also taken to Brisbane last year, however, there is no word on whether it will happen once again in 2015.
The full lineup will be announced on Tuesday 4th August from 9am as will the food and drink offerings which, we can all agree, are just as important.
