Australia’s Americana-themed music festival Out On The Weekend has unveiled its food, drink and pop-up stall experiences for 2015, which will support its carefully selected lineup of tunes in Melbourne and Sydney this October.
Food-wise, Out On The Weekend 2015 is promising the smokey BBQ meats of Sydney’s Porteño and Bodega establishments, mexican dishes from Melbourne’s “Mesoamerican” bar and restaurant Mesa Verde (only in Melbourne) and the burger geniuses from Sydney joint Mary’s.
A handful of other foodies and food trucks are also hitting up Out On The Weekend 2015, including Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck, Juanita Peaches, The Baron and All Day Donuts. Catch the lineup of food options, below.
Drink-wise, punters will be sipping on drinks from Jack Daniels and Lazy Yak, with curated wine lists to boot.
Aside from the food and drink, Levi’s denim-lovin’ Tailor Shop is returning to Out On The Weekend in Melbourne, which will also host a stall of new and vintage vinyl from Greville Records and a Nudie Rodeo Tailors exhibition.
Sydney will feature a vinyl pop-up from Laughing Outlaw Records as well as a Neil Young t-shirt exhibition.
Out On The Weekend 2015 has expanded to include Sydney this year, and the city will see performances from the likes of Kasey Chambers, Dawes, Sam Outlaw, Jamestown Revival, Ruby Boots and super-group Tex, Don & Charlie during the festival’s stay at Bella Vista Farm.
Melbourne’s Seaworks will host this year’s Out On The Weekend event, also featuring sets from Dawes, Sam Outlaw, Jamestown Revival, Ruby Boots and Tex, Don & Charlie.
