Perth’s Hyperfest Returns With New 2018 Event Headlined By DZ Deathrays

UPDATE: Hyperfest December 2018 Has Now Been Cancelled

Perth’s all-ages festival Hyperfest is returning for its second run of 2018, and its new lineup is absolutely stacked.

Headlined by Aussie rock heroes DZ Deathrays and Polish Club, the lineup also contains a whole bunch of upcoming talent from around the country. The bill includes acts like Kira Puru, Ruby Fields, Polaris, Alpha Wolf and Eilish Gilligan, just to name a few.

Hyperfest is an all-ages (12+) event, and takes pride in being completely drug, smoke and alcohol free. After a successful run earlier this year, this new event will be taking place on Saturday, 8th December.

“Hyperfest will also feature a sideshow alley market, live art battles, gourmet food vans, water slide, photo booth, games, merchandise and a signing tent for all of your favourite artists,” says City of Swan Mayor David Lucas.

The first Hyperfest for 2018 took place back in February and featured acts like Camp Cope, Carmouflage Rose and Dear Seattle.
