Pluto Jonze and Cub Scouts have announced a co-headlining tour together for this February and March. The Hurricane Evie Tour will take them around the country showing off what each group has to offer.
Armed with a recently released debut EP, tour supports alongside the likes of The Jezabels, Buck 65, Guineafowl and Dappled Cities, the enigmatic song-smith Pluto Jonze is back to show off the lush vocals, pounding drums, melody-soaked guitar and his signature Theremin sound, with his 3-piece band.
Energetic, Brisbane based 5-piece Cub Scouts have been crafting their own style of indie pop music over the past year. Their latest single, Evie, is an exploration into new sounds and stories, and is the first single from an upcoming album. Cub Scouts were added to the St Jerome’s Laneway Festival line-up for 2012, as well as performing in and around Brisbane, sharing the stage with local and national names.
