Aussie tastemakers Purple Sneakers have announced the lineup for their upcoming 12th birthday party, as part of Vivid Sydney 2018.
Going down at The Lansdowne Hotel in June, Purple Sneakers’ big 1-2 will feature acclaimed artists Rainbow Chan and Dro Carey, as well as the likes of Melbourne’s ALTA, Sydney’s Thandi Phoenix and DJs like Sandro Dallarmi, Sports and (of course) the new Purple Sneakers DJs.
Performing across two stages, this year’s lineup features some of the organisers’ “absolute favourite artists from the past few years”, says Purple Sneakers Managing Editor, Emma Jones.
“Purple Sneakers is an integral part of the Australian music community, particularly within dance and club music, and it’s exciting to be able to continue celebrating another year of backing emerging artists in conjunction with Vivid Sydney,” she says.
