Queens of the Stone Age Add Second Sydney Show to 2024 Australian Tour

Queens of the Stone Age are heading back to Australia in February 2024 as part of their ‘The End Is Nero’ tour. The Californian rock band has just announced a second show at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion, with the first on the verge of selling out. Sydney joins Brisbane in getting a second show from Josh Homme and co. Details below.

Queens of the Stone will also perform headline shows in Perth, Adelaide, Hobart (for Mona Foma) and Melbourne, with support from Pond and Gut Health. In the midst of the tour, the three bands will front up for Lookout festival events in Torquay Common and Gold Coast’s Broadwater Parklands. The ChatsSpiderbait and Lola Scott are also on the lineup.

The current Queens lineup consists of vocalist, guitarist and primary songwriter Josh Homme, guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen, bass player Michael Shuman, keys player Dean Fertita and drummer Jon Theodore. The band released its eighth studio LP, In Times New Roman…, in June 2023.
