For those who couldn’t make it to Hobart to watch Queens Of The Stone Age perform unplugged at the MONA (Museum of Old and New Art) earlier this month, you’re in luck, because the band have just blessed us with a pro-shot video from their performance.
The clip showcases the desert rock legends delivering a very special arrangement of their 2017 single ‘The Way You Used To Do’, stripping it back and slowing it down with the help of keys and some dazed guitar arpeggios to let frontman Josh Homme’s incredible bluesy vocals shine through.
The special, one-off charity show saw QOTSA raise over $20,000 for the Royal Hobart Hospital’s children’s ward, during their newly completed 2018 Australian tour.
Watch the clip of the amazing musicians and all-around good guys perform ‘The Way You Used To Do’ below.
