It is hard to imagine two more polarising artists than lurid rapper RiFF RaFF and producer Skrillex, which is why it may come as no surprise that the two are collaborating on a new album.
When speaking with MTV Australia prior to his sold-out show at Sydney Opera House, RiFF RaFF revealed the collaboration in a slip of the tongue:
“Me and Skrillex have an album coming out. I mean we have a song coming out. Oh sh*t. That’s what I do when I speak too soon. I can’t tell you more than that. MTV exclusive!”
The rapper went on to sing Skrillex’s praises during the interview stating, “He’s one of the most creative people I know, so when we go in there we just put together songs easy. It’s nothing.”
A release date for the joint album is not yet known.
