A woman in her 70s has died after taking a serious fall at Robbie Williams‘ Sydney gig last Thursday, 16th November. As previously reported, the woman had attempted to climb over rows of seating instead of taking the stairs. She fell down six rows and incurred injuries to her head and face.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said paramedics “treated her on scene” before taking her to nearby St. Vincent’s Hospital, per The Independent. The NSW Ambulance statement noted that the woman was “in a critical condition.”

The woman was placed in an induced coma after arriving at St. Vincent’s Hospital. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, she was kept in the induced coma for several days, but died on Monday (20th November).
The person’s identity remains unconfirmed. Venues NSW, who manage Allianz Stadium where the incident occurred, said the fall happened after 10.17 pm, when the concert had finished and punters were beginning to leave.
Williams is currently on tour through Australia as part of his ’25 Years Of Hits’ tour. He will perform in Melbourne’s AAMI Park for two consecutive nights, starting tomorrow, before heading to Geelong as part of the A Day on the Green concert series. The tour will conclude with a further two ADATG performances in Western Australia’s Swan Valley next week.
