Gender-diverse Aussie event Sad Grrrls Fest is back for another year, and it’s expanding from Sydney and Melbourne into Brisbane for the very first time.
Among the acts set to perform are Canberra-hailing Moaning Lisa, Huntly of Melbourne, Newcastle’s Rachel Maria Cox and Antonia & The Lazy Susans. Each act on the lineup has at least one non-male act on it, and there are also some “secret headliners” yet to be announced, so stay tuned.

Other big changes for 2017 will see the Sydney leg of Sad Grrrls become a licensed all ages event, and there will also be a string of acts headlining all three dates rather than completely separate lineups at each location.
