Sampha has wrapped his creamy golden pipes around Solange‘s ‘Cranes In The Sky’ and the results have cut the original artist right to the core.
The UK singer-songwriter sat down backstage at Glastonbury and — with nothing but a piano and his soulful falsetto — delivered a goosebump-inducing rendition of Ms. Knowles’s 2016 A Seat At The Table gem.
Reacting to Sampha’s incredible impromptu Like A Version, Solange tweeted: “Crying. Sampha your voice and soul are unmatched.”
