Chet Faker, Flight Facilities and Father John Misty are just some of the names emblazoned on the gigan-a-mous bill for WA’s new Disconnect Festival.
The three-day camping extravaganza, situated in the picturesque Fairbridge Village just one hour south of Perth, is scheduled to take place this December, from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th.
With the tagline “What a music festival should be”, Disconnect 2015 is being touted as a European-style festival experience, featuring a diverse, monster lineup of both international and homegrown talent, as well as art, comedy, burlesque, vaudeville, sport, adventure activities, spoken word shows, gourmet food and more, set against its lush historic village backdrop.
Some of the other acts on the jaw-dropping lineup include Neon Indian and Mercury Rev from the USA, Aussie favourites Meg Mac, The Jungle Giants, Tkay Maidza and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Swedish alt-fusion group Goat and stacks more.
More music, art, comedy and cabaret acts will also be announced shortly.
Tickets to Disconnect 2015 go on sale to the general public from 9am next Tuesday 22nd September, but those who sign-up to the database via the festival’s website will get access to discount pre-sale early bird tix.

Stages:
Darling View Amphitheatre: The main stage sits at the bottom of a beautiful natural amphitheatre, with the rolling Darling Ranges as a backdrop and the Milky Way for a rooftop.
The Chapel: The 200-seat, heritage listed, non-consecrated CHAPEL, will host acoustic sets from our very special guests. Pull up a pew, soak up the atmosphere, and be dazzled by the acoustics as some of the hottest names in music treat you to the most intimate of experiences.
The Secret Garden: A natural wonderland is nestled in the beautiful gardens of the historic Fairbridge House. It’s an enchanted garden where you while away the day, with soulful DJ sets, cool vibes, great conversations and delicious long drinks.
Late Night Speakeasy: Built in 1933, the last year of Prohibition, the sprawling multi-story Club House is the venue for the eclectic 1933. Taking inspiration from its era, this venue comes alive late into the night with hot ‘n’ sweaty electroswing, big band, rockabilly, stomping northern soul sets and outlandish performance moments.
Activities:
The Mess Hall: Not only offers gourmet breakfast and fine coffee in the morning, it also hosts inspiring “Big Ideas for Breakfast” talks, Spoken Word in the afternoon and a full Comedy program in the evening, including Bogan Bingo and stand up.
Adventureland: Perfect for the kids and big kids at heart, with a fully staffed giant flying fox, rockclimbing wall, a tyre swing and heaps more.
The Imaginarium: A huge circus tent full of fun entertainment for the kids all day. By night, the kids wonderland transforms into…
