Seth Sentry has locked in a national run of headline tour dates for 2015, which will see the Melburnian rapper perform throughout February and March. Seth also debuted a brand-new single called Run this morning, offering fans the first taste of his highly-anticipated new album.
Seth will appear at triple j‘s Beat The Drum concert event in January, before diving head-first into The Run Tour. All-ages shows in Sydney and Adelaide are included in the itinerary.
The new single had its official premiere on triple j Breakfast this morning. “Run is the story of a small town where I grew up, Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula,” Seth told triple j hosts Matt Okine and Alex Dyson. “Anyone from a small town might be able to relate.”
Run is taken from Seth Sentry’s second album, the follow-up to 2012’s This Was Tomorrow. The new record is due in “[the] first half of next year,” according to Seth, with Run seeing an official release on Friday, 12th December. You can currently hear the track in full over on his official website.
Seth Sentry toured with Sydney hip hop outfit Bliss N Eso throughout April and May this year, and held his most recent headline tour in 2013 on the back of previous single, Vacation.

UPDATE 19/02/15: Canberra raised artist Citizen Kay will join Seth Sentry on his upcoming Australian tour. He’ll be touting tracks from his recent mini-album Demokracy.
