With Christmas soon to be a hazy memory mired in alcohol-impairment, leaving only the big countdown for revellers to look forward to, the organisers of Shore Thing have unveiled the set times for their 2013 event, as well as adding a new name to the roster, Sydney’s own Vengeance.
Dubstep superstar Skrillex will of course be headlining the night, set to take stage at midnight to coincide with the fireworks display. Kicking things off at 8:00PM though will be the aforementioned Vengenace, the “grinning horseman of the acid-rave apocalypse” sure to deliver an incendiary set.
He’ll be followed by Washingtonian Alvin Risk, before Jack Beats takes the stage, and leading us into the all-important, ever-awaited countdown will be homegrown heroes What So Not, who’ll be leaving the stage for the shaved-headed one to help punters ring in 2014 in blitzing dubstep style.
