Sky Ferreira Announces 2024 Australian Headline Shows

American singer-songwriter and pop sensation Sky Ferreira has announced her return to Australia for a series of exclusive headline performances in June. This will be her return to the Australian soul after a decade.

Vivid LIVE presents the first show at the Sydney Opera House, Sky Ferreira will deliver an exclusive performance at the Joan Sutherland Theatre on Sunday, June 2.

Sky Ferreira’s second show will take place at Forum Melbourne on Tuesday, June 4, presented by RISING.

Sky Ferreira’s journey to stardom began at just 15 when she signed her first record deal on the strength of her early Myspace demos. Her EPs “Ghost” and “Night Time, My Time” quickly achieved cult status, earning her a dedicated following. The Dev Hynes-produced track “Everything Is Embarrassing” catapulted her into the spotlight, paving the way for her anthemic pop sound.

Beyond music, Ferreira has showcased her talent on screen in films like the Twin Peaks reboot and Baby Driver, and on the runway for renowned fashion brands. Collaborations with artists like Charli XCX and now hints at her upcoming album “Masochism” have kept fans eagerly awaiting new music.

Tickets for the first show in Sydney will go on sale Friday, March 15, at 10 am AEDT via sydneyoperahouse.com. For the second show at the Sydney, the Frontier Member presale begins Tuesday, March 12, at 12 noon AEDT, followed by general ticket sales from Thursday, March 14, at 12 noon AEDT.
