Yesterday, Good Things Festival announced their massive lineup for their second year. Taking to Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney this December, the lineup features the likes of A Day To Remember, Parkway Drive, Violent Soho, Simple Plan and more.
An unlikely, but incredibly apt addition to the lineup is The Veronicas. The sister duo have been slaying it across festival stages this year, popping up at a whole bunch of festival’s including an appearance during Allday’s Splendour In The Grass set earlier this year, and considering they’ve been queens of alt-pop for years now, their inclusion on this lineup is genius. I mean, have you heard Jess Origliasso’s scream?
Since their addition to the lineup yesterday, a Facebook event has popped up called ‘Wall of death when The Veronicas play Untouched at Good Things’, fashioned after the tweet below.

And in good spirit, The Veronicas took to Twitter to give us that hectic compilation of Jess screaming with the caption ‘NO ONE CAN SAY I DIDNT PUT IN THE YEARS TO BE ON THIS FESTIVAL’.
The Facebook event organiser may be onto something too, as Jess Origliasso also took to Instagram yesterday to hint that the track in question could be getting an emo makeover for their Good Things set, writing, “You better believe I am turning Untouched screamo for these shows”.

They also took a moment to praise the team at Good Things Festival for giving them this high-billing opportunity without trying to undercut their usual fee.
