Soundgarden are giving fans an early Christmas gift by offering a free download of two songs that they performed recently on the Late Show With David Letterman.
By clicking here and entering the code B33CMZ you can grab downloads of A Thousand Days Before and Rowing, both of which are tracks from their latest album King Animal, released last month.
The tracks were recorded as part of an hour-long ‘Live On Letterman’ concert, which the band did back in November at the Ed Sullivan Theatre. The event was held in celebration of the release of King Animal.
In more King Animal-related news, the band will release their new single By Crooked Steps early next year. The video for the track was filmed by fellow grunge god, ex-Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl, who himself is prepping for the release of his debut film, Sound City, in February 2013.
Soundgarden will tour North America in the first half of the new year. There is no news yet on whether they will be bringing the tour to our shores. The band were in the country at the start of this year as co-headliners of the Big Day Out.
