As they do every year, the frenzy that was the Splendour In The Grass ticket grab this morning was over in under an hour this morning with three day, single day tickets and camping tickets all being swiftly snapped up. Never fear though friends, the first round of Splendour sideshow announcements are heading our way tomorrow morning.
As we all know the huge Splendour 2015 lineup is topped by Blur, Florence + The Machine and Mark Ronson – none of which have been billed as festival exclusives, so hopefully we’ll see some extra sideshow announcements from these guys soon.
The acts that are billed as exclusive to Splendour are Royal Blood, The Dandy Warhols, and Spiritualized – meaning you’ll need one of those cherished Splendour tickets to see those acts play in Byron this July. If you didn’t manage to nab one of those this morning, Splendour will be offering a ticket resale from 1st June.

One act on the lineup has already locked in his sideshows, as earlier this year former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr announced new Australian tour dates around Splendour time, after the first ones were postponed due to an ongoing family illness.
