Splendour in the Grass 2011 will take place on the 29th, 30th and 31st of July according to Splendour organisers.
Woodford will stay as the festival location for the second time despite fears of the ground being too damaged after the Queensland floods.
Keep an eye out for an official line-up announcement in the next month or so.
