St. Vincent Debuted New Music Dressed As A Toilet In First Live Show Of 2016

St. Vincent has played her first live show of 2016 wearing a toilet because everyone knows toilets are 2016’s most flattering fashion trend.

She was playing at a benefit gig in New York City alongside Father John Misty and Rufus Wainwright in support of her drummer’s son Jasper Johnson who is recovering from a severe seizure suffered last year.

Never one to be predictable, she donned a toilet as she debuted a new love song reportedly written for her girlfriend Cara Delevingne. A few fans captured the moment on Instagram and the ballad sounds ridiculously sweet with St. Vincent the only person on earth who could tug at the heartstrings dressed in that attire.

Along with a new song, she played Marry Me off her 2007 debut of the same name and Bring Me Your Loves off 2014’s self-titled effort.

She’s known for having extremely theatrical shows but the toilet outfit is a new addition to her repertoire. It’s unknown if she’ll also wear it for her second live show this year at David Lynch’s new music festival.
