2010 is now shaping up to be a big year for Star Assassin, with the release of their new single ‘Sickness’ to ITunes May 10th and a seven show promotional tour along the east coast of Australia, the first show of which kicks off with Thousand Needles In Red, the latest project for The Butterfly Effect’s Clint Boge.
The bands new single ‘Sickness’ is a taste for things to come from Star Assassin, The single was recorded with Australian producer Rod Maslin in March this year and is the first single from the bands much anticipated new album. The Second Single ‘Slave’ is due for release in August 2010 and will be mastered in New York by the legendary Ted Jensen (Three Days Grace, Alice in Chains and Green Day).
The music video is set to be directed by Australian based, international award winning film producer Matt Norman on the set of his new Paramount Picture ‘Scab Girl Asylum’.
