The next phase of Stereosonic takes place this Saturday, December 1, 2012 at The Melbourne Showgrounds. The first day of summer will kick off in a massive way for those attending the music festival with acts such as Major Lazer, Carl Cox, Calvin Harris, French Fries, Beni, Nina Las Vegas and loads more.

One of the main draw-cards Example recently spoke about the caliber of lineup and his desire to collaborate with Tiesto any many other Stereosonic acts. With so much talent crammed into one day festival-goers will face the dilemma of deciding who to see.
Well fortunately Stereosonics have posted every possible piece of information you’ll need to not only know which acts play when but also how to make your way to Melbourne Showgrounds. Stereosonic Sydney Travel Information
Location
The Melbourne Showgrounds venue is conveniently serviced by bus, train, tram and taxi services. The transport services to the venue are also designed to cope effortlessly with numerous visitors.
Buses
Melbourne Showgrounds are accessible by two bus services:
Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops along Langs Road and Epsom Road
Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops on the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.
Tram
The No. 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City) stops at the main entrance (Gate 1) of Melbourne Showgrounds on Epsom Road.
Train
Stereosonic Train Services will be operating to and from Melbourne Showgrounds on the day of the event. Please find journey details below:
Forward
Trains will depart from Southern Cross Station regularly every 10 minutes between 11:15 am and 4:35pm.
Return
Trains will depart from Melbourne Showgrounds every 5 minutes between 8:30pm and 11pm

Parking is available for $10 at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Please enter via Leonard Crescent off Langs rd.
*Please note: Parking is limited in the area, we suggest using public transport services as the most appropriate mode of transport to and from the venue.
