Strawberry Fields Festival organisers have locked in their 2016 festival dates, with this year’s festival slated to extend to a four day event, starting on Thursday 17 November and finishing up on Sunday 20 November.
Tocumwal, the NSW town on the Victorian border, will again host the festival. Patrons will be invited to rock up on the Thursday to secure the best camping sites and to celebrate the festival will host a live reggae party that night, which is nice of them.
The lineup has yet to be released, although the festival management said the first announcement’s coming soon. Last year, Strawberry Fields hosted beatmakers and boomdaddies Apparat, Cobblestone Jazz,Tensnake as well as Soul Clap, Bicep, Max Cooper, Oddissee and many more.
In the meantime, if you’re uncontrollably keen for Strawberry Fields, early bird tickets go on sale on the morning of Tuesday, 3 May.
