Stream: Band Of Horses New Album ‘Mirage Rock’

Indie darlings Band of Horses have made their new record Mirage Rock available to stream via the band’s official website ahead of the LP’s release date of September 18. The most recent material from what is the band’s fourth studio album came in the form of a music video for new track Knock Knock.

As reported by Stereo Board, Mirage Rock was produced by Glyn Johns, who this year was conducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thanks to his work with many of the all-time greatest musical acts, including Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Beatles, Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones.

The band’s last record, 2010’s Infinite Arms, failed to impress Music Feeds’ Lucy Donnelly, who panned the record as being, “a compilation of fluff pieces that merge together in a montage of easily accessible (and forgettable) melodic lines”.
